Our restaurant has always been chosen to enjoy the specialties of the cuisine in accordance with the Carnic tradition. Our cuisine is particularly accurate, with traditional dishes prepared using strictly the ingredients of our land. Among the most known, the cjarsons, the gnocchi of bread, barley and beans, the frico with polenta, game, baked shin and to conclude the simple traditional desserts, naturally homemade. The hotel restaurant Al Sole has a large and bright dining room and a typical bar where you can enjoy grappa and wines from our region.
